OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All orders excluding the Braided and Cornrow wig collection takes 2 weeks to be fully processed, the wholesale (5 wigs and above)Braided and Cornrow wig collection takes 3-4 weeks for standard order processing, however, we have additional options for express orders. All wumzybeautyworld wigs that are custom order would require sufficient time (1-3 weeks depending on the unit) to ensure customer satisfaction.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping for orders made within Lagos usually takes an additional 24hrs from processing time (1 to 2 weeks) to get delivered. However, if the unit is in stock and it is not a custom made unit order, same-day delivery is possible if the order is placed before 1 pm. If placed after 2 pm, the order might arrive the next business day.
Shipping for orders outside Lagos but within Nigeria takes an additional 48hrs from processing time (1 to 2 weeks) to get delivered. Same day delivery is not applicable for orders outside Lagos.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping for all international orders including orders made from the USA, UK and Canada takes 3-5 working days to get delivered after it has been shipped. The estimated shipping date would be communicated via email after the order has been placed. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING TIME SELECTED INDICATES THE TIME FRAME IN WHICH YOUR UNIT WILL BE SHIPPED AND THIS TIME FRAME IS NOT INCLUSIVE OF THE DELIVERY DATE. The unit will be delivered 3-5 working days after the shipping time frame selected during checkout.
We also ship our products to about 150 different regions worldwide, which include other regions in North America, Europe and Africa.
A confirmation email would be sent to you once the parcel is on its way. Tracking info would be made available to you but please give 24hrs for tracking info to update in the system. The courier company used is DHL and FedEx, Please do not leave P.O boxes as addresses as DHL does not deliver to P.O boxes, all parcels must be signed for, they would not leave your package at the door. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we are here to help.
SHIPPING DELAYS
It is in your best interest to not wait until the last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available; please order well in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. This being said, because all units are custom ordered, any additional changes and corrections to the unit would definitely affect the estimated delivery time. The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our courier service.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating shipping times. We entrust our courier service for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs.
FAILED DELIVERIES/INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order and ensure ALL the information (address, apt#, Zipcode etc.) needed to deliver your package has been included. The courier service will ship your order to the address you provide. It is extremely important that the information you give us is most accurate and complete.
If there is a need for an address correction after your shipment has been sent you will be charged the additional fee our courier service charges us to make the correction. If a parcel is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges, NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR REFUSED/ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
RETURN POLICY
We at Wumzy beauty world take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. All our Braided wigs are by professional skilled braiders. Every order is thoroughly inspected and packaged with love before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed.
However, exchanges or refunds may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:
If a wrong product or wrong length of hair was shipped, Wumzy beauty world ® will take full responsibility for the courier cost and ship the correct product/hair length to the customer, but in a case where the same product has been used before the complaint, Wumzy beauty world® will not accept responsibility for exchange.
If the products ordered were out of stock and the customer demands a refund, we will refund the exact value paid for the product. We will not accept any returns or exchange of any wig where the lace has been cut, or wig has been worn, Therefore, Wigs must be returned in the exact condition it was received.
Care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.

This is to help you know the perfect cap size fit for you. How our wig looks and fit on your head is very important to us, that’s why we advise our customers to measure the circumference of their head before ordering.
Please: our standard wig cap size is medium. They all come with Combs, adjustable straps and elastic bands. If you want a small or large cap size, select it on the drop-down option.
TYPES OF LACES 1
HD LACE: HD lace is undetectable, almost invisible to the naked eyes, perfect for black women of any shade, HD lace for braided wigs is a bit thicker than HD lace for weaves bundle. please note that the colour of this lace is modelled after the colour of your scalp and not your skin tone. TRANSPARENT LACE: this lace is colourless and undetectable, perfect for black women. Please note that the colour of this lace is modelled after the colour of your scalp and not your skin tone.
MEDIUM BROWN LACE: this lace is the standard lace, it has a medium brown hue that gives it that scalp illusion. Medium brown lace is perfect for black women of any shade. Please note that the colour of this lace is modelled after the colour of your scalp and not your skin tone.
LACE TYPE 2
FULL LACE: This is all-around lace, and comes in different sizes stated above
FRONTAL LACE: Frontal lace comes in 13×4: 4 inches to the back and 13 inches across covering your hairline ear to ear.13×6: 6 inches to the back and 13 inches across covering your hairline ear to ear.
CLOSURE LACE: Closure lace comes in2*4, 2*6, 4*4, 5*5, 6*6, 7*7 size and is used to close off your wigs.
Lengths
THICKNESS: refers to how tiny or big you want your braids to look.
*On our website or Instagram page, micro braids are tiny
*Small braids is not as thick as the medium
* Medium braids is thick, but not as thick as Large
* Large braids is thick
*Jumbo braids is the largest and thickest braids, it can be as thick as you want it.
WIG MAINTENANCE
When you first receive your braided wig, take it out of the bag and stretch it out with your fingers combine, because the packaging might make them fold/wrinkle.
How to wash your wigs: Dip halfway into a bowl of warm water with a few drops of shampoo and then rinse with clean water afterwards. The purpose of doing this is get rid of sweat and dust after usage..doesn’t have to be every time you wear it though.
Drying your wig: The best way to dry your braided wig is underneath direct sunlight in an open space. Do not blow-dry your braided wig to avoid hair frizz.
It is best to have a backup wig before washing your wig
If you don’t want to wash your braided wig, simple apply mouse and hair cream spray ..it is the best
Do not do the following:
*Do not plait the ends of your braided wig.
*Do not tie your braided wig up too often because doing this will make the ends look tacky
Good maintenance is the key to getting good value for your message money.
