We at Wumzy beauty world take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. All our Braided wigs are by professional skilled braiders.

Every order is thoroughly inspected and packaged with love before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed. However, exchanges or refunds may be accepted subject to the terms and conditions below:

If a wrong product or wrong length of hair was shipped, Wumzy beauty world ®️ will take full responsibility of the courier cost and ship the correct product/hair length to the customer, but in a case where the same product has been used before the complaint, Wumzy beauty world®️ will not accept responsibility for exchange.

If the products ordered were out of stock and the customer demands a refund, we will refund the exact value paid for the product.

We will not accept any returns or exchange of any wig where the lace has been cut, or wig has been worn, Therefore, Wigs must be returned in the exact condition it was received.

Care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
